Preparation:

Let us discover together how delighting it is to make ice cream and how you can become a master ice cream maker easily with Aromiosaar products.
Add 100 gr. of Aromio Milk Gelato Basis and 200-240 gr. of sugar for each 1 lt. of milk and pasteurise. After 20 minutes of cooling and mixing in your ice cream maker remove the product from the machine and into the ice cream tub. Apply 10-15 minutes of shock cooling (at -40°C). Finally you can move the product to the display area.
Ingredients: Skim Milk Powder, Glycose Syrup, Partially Hydrogenised Vegetable Oil (Palm), Fully Hydrogenised Vegetable Oil (Coconut), Stabilisers (Trisodium Citrate E331, Potassium Phosphate E340), milk proteins, emulsifying agents (Fatty Acid Mono- and Di-glycerides E471), Anti-coagulant (Silicone dioxide E551), Colouring (Beta Carotene E160a), Sweetener, Dextrose, Whey Powder, Guar Gum E412, Carrageenan E407.
