Add 100 gr. of Aromio Milk Gelato Basis and 200-240 gr. of sugar for each 1 lt. of milk and pasteurise. After 20 minutes of cooling and mixing in your ice cream maker remove the product from the machine and into the ice cream tub. Apply 10-15 minutes of shock cooling (at -40°C). Finally you can move the product to the display area.
