A magnificent flavour from Aromiosaar Professional Series: Aromio Pancake and Waffle Mix.
The product can be used to make pancakes, flower waffles and crepes. Add Pancake & Waffle Powder and 1 litre of milk into a container and mix with a mixer until it becomes fully homogenous. The mixture can be immediately used without resting. To make pancakes pour the mixture into a pre-heated pancake machine or portion onto a pre-heated pan to cook practical and excellent pancakes. You will see the product immediately rise. To make flower waffles pour the waffle mix into the pre-heated and oiled waffle machine. Your crunchy waffles will be ready to service in about 2 minutes. Recommended cooking temperature is 180 °C.
Definitely do not open the lid of the waffle machine for the first minute of cooking.
Crepe Recipe: Add 1000 gr. of mix into 2 litres of milk and cook in a pre-heated crepe machine or pan. Our waffle powder produced with the highest quality raw materials in the world does not contain any sweetener, colouring agent or preserving agent. The most important characteristic of this product is not requiring use of eggs. It is very easy to use.
