Add Aromiosaar Sahlep Flavoured Drink Mix and 7.5 litres of milk in a container and mix with a mixer until it becomes fully homogenous. Pour this mixture into the Sahlep machine. If you wish you can decorate with cinnamon or chocolate powders before serving. You can also add one scoop of chocolate ice cream for an alternative flavour.

If you wish to prepare a single portion add 1.5 spoonful of Sahlep powder into 125 ml. of milk or boil the powder in the milk for the most excellent flavour before serving.
