The vegetable oil and animal fat content is very important for flavour of drinks. The vegetable oil content in Aromiosaar Milkshake Powders allow the product to leave a great taste on the palate even when prepared only with water, and provide an excellent consistency without any crystallisation. When preparing frozen treats and milkshakes you can easily decorate the glass with caramel and chocolate sauces and present along with Aromiosaar Whipped Cream. Our Milkshake and Frozen Treat powders are ice cream based, allowing you to serve products up to ice cream standards.
Preparation:
By machine: Add and mix Aromiosaar Milkshake Powder with 4 litres of water in a container until it becomes fully homogenous. Pour this mixture into the Granita or Slushice machine. After 25 minutes 5 litres of product will be ready to be served, which you can decorate with whipped cream, sauces, chocolate shavings, crushed nuts and chocolate drops. If you wish you can also mix the product using 4 litres of milk.
Single portion preparation by Blendex: If you wish, you can add and mix 130 gr. of WATER or MILK, 7-8 pieces of ice, 2 heaped spoonfuls (35 gr.) of Aromio Milkshake Powder into the blender and blend for 15-20 seconds. You can directly pour the mixture into a glass and decorate with whipped cream, sauces, chocolate shavings, crushed nuts, chocolate drops and fresh fruits like banana and strawberry for a more flavourful service.
