As the most used type of cream in sweet pastry sector, patisserie cream can be applied onto or inside cakes, or used as a filling for profiteroles and tarts. After whipping it can be given variety using Aromiosaar aroma and colouring premixes. It can also be used as decoration topping or filling material on cakes.
This product is suitable for use with sauces, puddings, ice creams and many other desserts. It is preferred in cake fillings and decorations.
Preparation: Add 1 packet of Aromiosaar premix and 2.5 litres of milk into a container and start mixing slowly at first and faster afterwards.
You can adjust the amount of liquid to get a more foamy or stiffer consistency.
