Aromiosaar Jelly Mix is fully made of vegetable materials and does not contain animal gelatine. It is a light dessert with an attractive aroma. It can be used on its own or as a complementary material in various dessert recipes. You can add jelly on top of fruit arrangements or fruit salads to enhance both the flavour and the looks of fruit offerings. Aromiosaar Jelly can also be used in cake recipes. It can be used to decorate fruit cakes and tarts, or to get a glossy finish as well as various aromas on desserts.
Ingredients: Sugar, Carrageenan (E407), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid E330), Aroma (Lemon Aroma), Colouring Agent (Tartrazine E102)
Preparation
Add 4 glasses of boiled water into the mixing bowl. Pour the entire packet into the bowl and mix. Continue mixing until it becomes fully homogenous without any rough parts. Pour the jelly into serving cups or moulds and place in the fridge to rest. After resting in the fridge for 30 minutes you can serve the jelly. If you wish, you can mix 100 gr. of Jelly Powder with 400 ml. of hot water to get smaller portions for home use.
